At Aureen, we want you to feel confident with every order. If your item is not quite right, we make the return process simple and clear.

Returns window

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to start a return

To start a return, email sac@aureenonline.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is approved, our team will send the return instructions by email.

Please do not send items back before contacting us, so we can make sure your return is processed correctly.

Return shipping

Free returns are available within 30 days. Return shipping is covered by us for eligible approved returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted when stock is available. Email sac@aureenonline.com and our team will help with the next steps.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at sac@aureenonline.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.
