Free tracked shipping is available for orders placed through Aureen.

Orders are usually prepared within 2 to 8 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. This processing window is used so the shipping information shown on our website, checkout and Merchant Center remains consistent.

Average transit time after dispatch is around 5 business days. Most orders arrive within about 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier conditions and local delivery operations.

With processing and transit time included, the estimated delivery window is usually about 7 to 15 business days after purchase.

Tracking details are sent as soon as your order ships.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Free returns are available within 30 days. Return shipping is covered by us for eligible approved returns.

To start a return, email sac@aureenonline.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is approved, our team will send the return instructions by email.
